Question

Bonjour en anglais on doit présenter un évenement qu'il y eu pendant les vacances d'été en deux minutes chrono ! Je passe DEMAIN, merci de me dire si il y a des fautes dans mon texte et si oui lesquelles ?

Hello, everyone !
A few weeks ago, I listened to the BBC and I heard that the longest total lunar eclipse of the twenty-first century was going to happen on July the twenty-seventh ! It was just spectacular ! I am pleased to have been able to attend this fabulous eclipse. Therefore, today I’d like to tell you about this historic event.
For starters, we all have heard about this, however, did you really know what is a lunar eclipse. It occurs when the moon is opposite the Sun, the earth is in between and casts its shadow on the moon. In fact, the umbra cover all our natural satellite, and this during one hour and forty-three minutes ! The journalist insisted on the fact that it was a total lunar eclipse with an umbral magnitude of 1. During this eclipse, the Moon looked reddish, which is called a Blood Moon. Interestingly, that wonder was only visible in the totality zone in other words in the northern hemisphere ! What is surprising as well is during that night we also saw the ISS, Mars and Jupiter.
Finally, some of the interesting vocabulary is Umbra, umbral magnitude, totality zone, blood moon and total lunar eclipse. The umbral magnitude, which means « magnitude ombral » is the fraction of the Moon's diameter in Earth’s shadow, so Umbra is a synonym of shadow and signifies « ombre lunaire ». The zone from Earth where an eclipse is visible is called totality zone. This word hasn’t a translation in French because it is a scientific term. I have already explained these two words during my presentation. The first one means « eclipse de lune totale » and the second one means « lune de sang ».
Thank you for listening.
