C(x) = (16x-17)²+(11-2x)(17-16x)
C(x) = (16x-17)² + (11-2x)(-1)(16x-17)
C(x) = (16x-17)² + (-11+2x)(16x-17)
C(x) = (16x-17)(16x-17-11+2x)
C(x) = (16x-17)(18x-28)
