Hello cousin , I hope that you’re okay , because I am ! 2 weeks ago , you told me that I had to practice more sport , so this afternoon i’m going to sign up to Judo, it’s just for try and if I like this sport i’ll keep it doing ! Like all the Wednesday right now I’m going to rock climbing with Martine, more I ride , better I feel ! This impression to be free it make me so happy ! I will stop to eat unhealthy because my body feel all of this , I’m like an KitKat ball so now it’s salad everyday for my diet ! I need to lose weight ! I can’t stay like that anymore ! This Thursday I will try the bungee jumping ,I can’t réalise than I’m going to jump in the air !! Oh yeah I forgetten to say you something; I go four a weeks to the work out room !
