Pour décrire une image tu peux utiliser :

I can see ... / We can see ...

There is + singulier / There are + pluriel

Et pour dire où dans l'image :

in the middle  au milieu  

in the centre  au centre  

at the top  en haut  

at the bottom  en bas  

on the left side  à gauche  

on the right side  à droite  

in the background  dans l'arrière-plan  

in the foreground  au premier plan  

in the top left-hand corner  en haut à gauche  

in the top right-hand corner  en haut à droite  

in the bottom left-hand corner  en bas à gauche  

in the bottom right-hand corner  en bas à droite
